Kidney4Bo is a digital campaign run and independently financed by Bolton Harris and Paul Breen for the express purpose of finding Bolton Harris a living kidney donor for a kidney transplant. No money has been given by a third party to support this initiative. Per the National Organ Transplant Act (1984), it is illegal to buy or sell a kidney in the United States. Therefore, Kidney4Bo will not respond to requests for payment in exchange for a kidney, nor offer payment contingent upon donation. Persons requesting payment in any form will be immediately banned from all Kidney4Bo channels.
